Duties & Taxes
Canada: Taxes are applied based on the shipping address using the most current information available.
USA & International: No taxes applied by us, but we complete the necessary customs forms and you are subject to the duties and taxes applied by your country. Items will not be listed as gifts

Canada Post and USPS is our first choice for reliable and cost effective shipping.
Shipping may be slowed down due to pandemic conditions.

Returns
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases, so if something is wrong with your order, please email us and let us know. We do not accept returns on kits and patterns. We will correct our mistakes, but we only accept a return in the same condition it was delivered, and we cannot pay for return and exchange shipping charges.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages, so we cannot offer a refund in the event of a lost or undelivered package. If you did not receive a package, please email us and we will assist to track the package, if possible.
